请有经验懂政策的前辈看一下
我是研究生,已经有四年的工作经验,个人移民应该不成问题(条件相似的同学已经申请成功).现在我想带女朋友一起申,作为common law partner. 女朋友是本科生,在读,无工作经验.单独申请目前应该条件不够.
请问这样操作可行吗? 申请是单独审还是一起审? 如果女朋友申请失败会不会两人都不过?

你应该是可以以common-law的形式将你女朋友加在你的移民申请里的。你将会是主申请人，移民官会以你的分数作为评估标准，他们不考虑副申请人的情况的。如果你的分数合格，那申请就肯定批的。只是你和副申请人只是同居关系而不是夫妻，不知道你女朋友是不是也在加拿大和你住在一起，如果是的话可能会好办点，因为所有的东西都在加拿大这边，证明的可信度会高点。因为你是要提供证明的，就像夫妻证明是结婚证，同居也要证明的。下面是需要的文件：

Common-law partner
You are a common-law partner—either of the opposite sex or same sex—if:

• you have been living together in a conjugal relationship for at least one year in a continuous 12-month period that was not interrupted. (You are allowed short absences for business travel or family reasons, however.)

You will need proof that you and your common-law partner have combined your affairs and set up a household together. This can be in the form of:

• joint bank accounts or credit cards
• joint ownership of a home
• joint residential leases
• joint rental receipts
• joint utilities (electricity, gas, telephone)
• joint management of household expenses
• proof of joint purchases, especially for household items or
• mail addressed to either person or both people at the same address.
