pansy began practicing yoga 6 years ago as a way of bringing balance and well-being to her busy work and personal life. she then decided to deepen her practice by qualifying as a yoga teacher, pansy’s aim is to encourage students to use the breath correctly, respect the body and above all enjoy the wonderful benefits that yoga can bring. She believes that using yoga to restore the body and build core strength will lead to a balanced and healthy mental and physical state. she feel that the more she learn, the more she is able to pass her knowledge and experience to her students and more people will receive the benefits of yoga.
In 2007, she immigrated Vancouver and get the certification from prana yoga college. New life began at Vancouver

Class Types
Hatha Yoga
The goal of Hatha Yoga is to create an absolute balance between the physical body, mind and energy. This class will ues asanas(physical postures),breathing techniues and meditation. Particpants will become stronger. More flexble and will feel relaxed at the end of each class.
Ashtanga Yoga
A highly energized and fast-paced flow of yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is challenging and invigorating. And will strengthen every muscle in your body as you work up a sweat ,vigorously heat the body, and move quickly through each posture. Participants must be physically fit before beginning this class.
