Dear all MPE shareholders :
We are some Chinese ,Canadian and American MPE ( Maple Leaf Reforestation Inc, Code : MPE ) shareholders . For protecting MPE shareholders' interests , we had asked some of our best friends in China to employ an investigative services and some police officers to make investigations about the project progress of MPE in China . The following is the truths and facts :
1. MPE had made little progress in the Xinjiang project , and the MPE legal representative of the project , Ms. Chen Zhen , had wasted a lot of money of our MPE shareholders in recreations , bribing , dinners , etc . But Raymond Lai , Chairman & CEO of MPE still cheat the MPE shareholders saying MPE had made big progress in the project . As a matter of fact , only a small amount of seedlings of yellowhorn trees had been planted , but no more money could be use to supported the project . Now there are only less than 500,000 CAD left in the MPE account of Canada . There had been no more money to made any progress in the project except to kept MPE afloat for a few months before bankcrupcy !
2. The Inner Mongolia branch would soon go bankcrupcy . Raymond Lai had promised to the MPE shareholders in his press release that in this spring planting season MPE would sell 4 million seedlings , but only about 350,000 seedlings had beed sold , while 90% of total seedlings in the greenhouse had been dead !Now the branch owed a lot of debts to coal suppliers , seedlings buyers/planters ( many seedlings buyers been asking for compensations for the dead seedlings ) . There are no more cash flow in the company ,so the branch will soon go bankcrupcy .

Over 700 MPE shareholders had signed to sue Raymond Lai and his team in the Securities Commission . Would you please join us ?
