有沒有自问? 个性是否喜交際,交友,外向, 能說些謊話/�`心的話/奉承的話?? 能言擅辯, 内心不喜仍面露笑容.

受得挫折, 做了很多事/花了很多时间金錢, 仍没有結果收獲者, 才可入行.

I have been a sales lady around 10 years on leasing office building in Dalian and selling residental house in Shanghai, so I can fulfill the above details you mentioned. The only thing I need to think it over is the truth you mentioned as well, that is no results even after costing much money on AD, phone fee, etc. And this may last over 6 months. But I still believe that we must gain something from those afforts even no results at present.

Anyway, I heard most salary in Vancouver or Toronto is a little cheaper than Calgary. And there is provincal tax as well, so I choose to go on staying in Calgary but may not work as a Realtor. Who knows?

你在大連上海做过有関行叶, 及說符合我說的条件, 当然比別人优勝.

但在大陸, 你可能是打工,有工資, 另有消售分红. 在这里做就自負嬴規.

在温哥華只要学3-4星期的课程, 考试及格, 就可有牌做房地產經纪.

每种工作/行叶, 都有成敗. 視其本身能力, 及加點运气.

本省現時最底工資$8/时, 除非此工作不用体力/技巧. 否則没有10塊, 沒人肯做.

你說亞省工資高, 那麼你的消費:房租,食用,使費也相應会高. 一得一失, 没有绝對的!

Yeah, you talked on the important difference of Realtor between China and Canada, that is Realtors here pay everything by themselves. This stop me a little. I thought to choose the familiar job I worked previously at the beginning time. Now I got confused.
